How to Submit via the TSMIJ Online Portal

A Step-by-Step Guide for Authors

Below is a step-by-step guide to help authors submit their manuscripts successfully across all domain specific journals.

Already have an account? Click "Login" instead.


📝 Step 2: Start a New Submission

  • After login, go to Dashboard > New Submission

  • Follow the 5-step submission process:

🔹 Step 1: Start

  • Select the appropriate journal section (e.g., Articles, Reviews, Case Studies).

  • Confirm compliance with the submission checklist (e.g., originality, format, citation style).

  • Agree to the journal’s copyright and open access policies.

🔹 Step 2: Upload Submission

  • Upload your main manuscript file (preferably in MS Word format).

  • Upload supplementary files (if any), such as figures, tables, ethical clearance, or data sets.

🔹 Step 3: Enter Metadata

  • Provide the article title, abstract, keywords, and author details.

  • Ensure proper entry of co-authors and their affiliations.

🔹 Step 4: Confirm

  • Review all entered details and files for accuracy.

  • Click “Finish Submission” to complete the process.

🔹 Step 5: Submission Complete

  • You will receive an automated confirmation email.

  • Your manuscript is now under editorial review.


After Submission

  • You can track the status of your manuscript via your Author Dashboard.

  • Editorial decisions and peer review feedback will be communicated via the portal and email.
